Project Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager South Wales starting as soon as possible for long term work.

Key Responsibilites –

Managing multiple small-value fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Overseeing project costs and budgets using Quantity Surveying experience to control expenditure, track vriations, and maximise profitability.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery across multipul live sites.

Managing procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely deliveries.
