Project Manager/Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager for a 2–3 month contract based in Aberdeen, with the potential for extension.

This is a hands-on role ideally suited to someone with experience in structural steelwork, cladding, or industrial and/or commercial construction, who can help deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

* SMSTS (preferred)

* SSSTS considered

* CSCS card

* First Aid certification

* Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction site safety procedures

Key Duties

* Supervising live construction sites

* Monitoring health & safety and ensuring site compliance

* Coordinating labour, plant, and materials

* Assisting with procurement and programme management

* Monitoring quality and workmanship

* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams

* Reporting on progress and helping to resolve site issues

* Assisting with cost control and variations

Essential Experience

* Previous construction site supervision/project management experience

* Good understanding of steelwork and/or cladding installations

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

* Full UK driving licence
