Deliver on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawingsSkills and experience for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
House building sector experience is advantageous
Strong experience working on RIBA stages 2 and 3
Excellent drawing and design skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
