Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-regarded and busy main contractor specialising in façade and cladding remediation projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.The successful candidate will oversee two live projects valued between £2m–£5m, operating under JCT Design & Build contracts.

Requirements

* Degree Qualified

* Main contracting background

* Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience

* Experience administering JCT D&B contracts (desirable)

Role Overview

* Predominantly office-based in Cardiff

* Weekly site visits to designated projects

* Commercial management of multiple live projects

* Cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting
