£65,000 – £70,000 + package – Chorley, Lancashire
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established and growing commercial property and asset management business on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial fit-out projects, with strong exposure to CAT A and CAT B works.
You will need to be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tenders and estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and comply with internal company procedures
Interpret client briefs accurately and effectively
Produce detailed cost plans aligned with design briefs and supporting documentation
Manage multiple live estimates and tenders simultaneously
Price projects using technical knowledge, often with varying levels of information
Assess and include compliance requirements within costings
Liaise closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
Conduct site surveys to support design development and quantification
Assess programme impact on costings and adjust accordingly
Provide pre-construction advice to support project decision-making
Identify and account for risk within estimates
Carry out any additional reasonable duties as required
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in construction estimating, ideally within commercial office and industrial fit-out (CAT A & CAT B)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with strong time management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly when priorities change
