Project Manager

We are working with a leading and innovative infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Project Manager for their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-respected business delivering major rail and infrastructure projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, and within budget. As the Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing the successful delivery of rail and infrastructure projects from start to finish
* Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Overseeing project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
* Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to clients and senior management
* Maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring works are completed to specification

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience in a Project Manager role within rail, civils, or infrastructure sectors
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery processes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
* A proactive and solution-focused approach with strong organisational skills
