Site Agent

We are working with a highly respected civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a well-established business delivering a wide range of infrastructure and civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As the Site Agent your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects
* Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure efficient delivery
* Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures
* Programming and coordinating works to meet project deadlines
* Monitoring progress, quality, and site performance
* Liaising with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience in a Site Agent role within civil engineering or infrastructure
* Strong understanding of construction methods, programming, and site management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple site activities and priorities effectively
* A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
