Mechanical Project Manager – Oxford / London

Up to £65K + Electric Car + Bonus + Hybrid Working

Want to run projects properly without being chained to an office five days a week?

This is a chance for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering high-value projects across Oxford, London and the South East.

You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish, typically ranging from £1M – £6M, across:

* Student accommodation

* Hospitals

* Hotel refurbishments

* High-end residential developments

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll manage projects commercially and operationally from day one through to handover.

You’ll be trusted to:

* Run programmes and site delivery

* Manage subcontractors and site teams

* Handle your own variations and applications

* Oversee project commercials

* Build strong client relationships

* Drive projects safely, on time and within budget
