Senior Quantity Surveyor – Drylining – £10M Project
We are currently partnered with one of the UK’s leading drylining and façade contractors, with a presence across all major cities and an annual turnover in excess of £130M. Renowned for delivering complex, high-value drylining and façade packages, they are now entering an exciting phase of growth.
As part of this, they have secured a flagship £10M drylining package on a major residential scheme in Birmingham city centre and are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of the project.
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role on a significant drylining scheme, where you will be trusted to run the project commercially from day one.
The Role
* Full commercial responsibility for a £10M drylining package
* Managing cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Working closely with the operational team to drive project performance
* Subcontractor procurement and management within the drylining scope
* Reporting into senior leadership whilst operating with a high degree of autonomy
