A well established construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected consultancy with a long standing reputation in the market and a strong pipeline of secured public sector and commercial projects across the North West.

Public sector
Commercial
Defence
Government estate
Infrastructure related projectsThe Senior Quantity Surveyor role will involve:

Pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties
Client facing project delivery
Cost management across multiple live projects
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Working closely with Project Management and wider consultancy teams
Building and maintaining long term client relationshipsThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
Strong public sector project exposure
Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
Good client facing and communication skills
