Job Title: Window & Door Installation Team Leader

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location: Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire CV36.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm + overtime as and when required.

Holdsworth Windows is a busy well established company supplying steel windows, doors and screens to private homeowners and main contractors across the country.

We are currently looking for someone to become a Window & Door Installation Team Leader.

The role will be to run a team of installers carrying out installations of steel windows, doors, screens, and glazing. This role has the opportunity for further development and progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installing steel windows, doors and screens into existing and newly formed openings

* To lead an Installation Team, including managing tools and van. (provided)

* Ensuring products are installed to a high standard.

* Rectifying installation problems should they occur.

* Working to deadlines

* To pass on skills and teach junior members of the team.

* Punctual and reliable

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience of fitting windows doors and glazing

* Competent in all areas of the building trade.

* Organised and have good attention to detail

* Good communication skills

* To motivate their team to complete jobs to the highest standards.

* Driving licence
