The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Designer to join a growing modular construction business delivering innovative offsite projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative technical team, supporting projects from concept through to manufacture and delivery while developing your experience within modern methods of construction.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

* Producing technical drawings and Revit models.

* Supporting design coordination across projects.

* Assisting with technical detailing and drawing production.

* Working closely with manufacturing and delivery teams.

* Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion.

* Assisting with design compliance and technical standards.

About You

* Experience within design or technical coordination.

* Revit experience essential.

* Strong technical and detailing skills.

* Interest in modular or offsite construction.

* Organised and collaborative approach.

* Motivated to develop within a growing technical team.
