* Project Manager – up to £80,000 + package

* Senior Project Manager – up to £90,00 + package

We are currently working with a leading tier one main contractor who are looking to appoint both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of major projects across East Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-profile education, leisure, and public-sector developments, with a strong mix of refurbishment and new-build projects across Perth and Dundee.

The role will involve:

* Managing subcontractors and site teams

* Leading programme delivery and weekly progress monitoring

* Liaising with clients, consultants and design teams

* Working closely with commercial teams on project financial performance

* Managing health & safety, RAMS and CDM compliance

* Chairing subcontractor and progress meetings

* Coordinating labour, materials and day-to-day site operations

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

Requirements

* Previous experience working for a tier one or recognised main contractor

* Strong operational construction/project delivery background

* Experience delivering education, public-sector or large commercial projects preferred

* Excellent programme and subcontractor management skills

* Strong client-facing and leadership ability

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred

* Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
