Long-Term Opportunity | Temporary, Temp-to-Perm or Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Agent to join a major infrastructure project based West of Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a long-term programme of works involving reinforced concrete structures, including multiple bridge structures.

The client is open to considering candidates on a temporary, temp-to-permanent or permanent basis, with an immediate start available.

The Role:

You will take responsibility for managing key structures packages on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, and leading site teams including Engineers and Foremen.

Duties will include:

Managing reinforced concrete structures works
Overseeing the design coordination process
Programming and short-term planning
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Commercial awareness across packages and subcontractors
Managing site teams and driving project delivery
Liaising with clients, design teams and stakeholders
Requirements:

Strong civil engineering / structures background
Reinforced concrete experience is essential
Bridge experience advantageous but not essential
Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Agent on infrastructure projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid required
