Project Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – East London
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + package
O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established residential developer with a strong pipeline of schemes across East/South East London. Due to continued growth and several new projects commencing in the area, they are seeking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of large-scale residential developments.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a developer experiencing exciting growth in a tough market and gain exposure to all aspects of the development lifecycle within a supportive commercial team.
Role Overview
Title: Project Quantity Surveyor
Project: Residential New Build Development
Location: East London
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + package
Start: ASAP but can wait for notice periods
Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
Supporting the commercial delivery of residential new build schemes
Managing subcontract procurement, variations and valuations
Assisting with cost reporting, forecasting and final accounts
Working closely with operational and technical teams throughout delivery
Managing subcontractor accounts and package performance
Requirements
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Project QS within residential construction
Developer or main contractor background considered
Strong understanding of procurement and commercial processes
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experiece managing sizeable subcontract packages
