A leading Tier 1 MEP contractor is seeking Assistant to Intermediate level MEP Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team on a flagship data centre & major commercial developments in Central London, with hybrid working opportunities available. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s most respected contractors delivering high-profile, technically complex projects within the mission-critical sector.
About the Role:
You will join a high-performing commercial team supporting, reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager with excellent career development and progression opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the commercial management of large-scale MEP packages on hyperscale data centre and commercial projects
• Support with cost reporting, forecasting, valuations, and budget control
• Assist in procurement processes and subcontractor account management
• Help manage variations, payments, and final accounts
• Work closely with project delivery and commercial teams to maximise value and minimise risk
• Gain exposure to technically complex, mission-critical projects within a structured commercial environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Assistant to Intermediate level Quantity Surveying experience within the construction or MEP sector
• Previous experience working with a contractor is advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career within the MEP/data centre sector
• An interest in commercial management and cost control within major projects
• Degree-qualified candidates or individuals currently studying towards a Quantity Surveying qualification are encouraged to apply

Package:
On top of a competitive basic salary, you will receive:
• £40,000 – £75,000 basic salary
• Travel allowance
