Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A well established and multi-dimensional Construction Consultancy are seeking a hard-working Assistant Quantity Surveyor with project management experience to join their office in Birmingham.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor role

Alongside the team in Birmingham, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a QS/EA/PM role on a mixture of residential, healthcare, and education projects across the Midlands.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will closely alongside a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor, carrying out a variety of duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, cost plans and interim payments.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Construction consultancy experience
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
Experience of acting as an Employers Agent
Residential project experience would be beneficial
Driving license + carIn Return?

£30,000 – £40,000
