Senior Mechanical Project Manager – London & South East
£70,000 – £80,000 + Company Car

Senior Mechanical Project Manager required to join a growing Mechanical Building Services contractor delivering HVAC, pipework and plant projects across London and the South East.

The business specialises in full mechanical installations across healthcare, education and commercial projects, with current schemes including hospital works, school projects and warehouse developments.

Projects typically range from £300K – £2M and involve:

* HVAC

* Mechanical plant

* Pipework

* Plumbing

* Full mechanical building services installations

Joining a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of repeat work, this role offers a good level of autonomy alongside the support of an established internal delivery team.

The role will involve overseeing multiple projects at varying stages while managing programme, subcontractors, client relationships and overall project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover

* Overseeing HVAC and mechanical building services installations

* Managing subcontractors and site teams

* Client and consultant liaison

* Coordinating programme and project delivery

* Monitoring commercial performance alongside internal teams

What they’re looking for:

* Strong Mechanical Building Services background

* Experience delivering HVAC / mechanical projects

* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong client-facing and communication skills

* Self-sufficient and organised approach to project delivery

* Trade background preferred (Plumbing / Pipefitting advantageous)

This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager or experienced Mechanical PM looking for a long-term position with a growing business.
