Now they need a Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor for M&E packages from £3m to £15m. Commercial fit-out and industrial projects—so you'll learn fast because the programmes are tight.

What you'll actually do:

* Help manage subcontractor accounts (politely but firmly)

* Assist with valuations, variations, and cost reports (no creative accounting)

* Chase progress, track budgets, spot commercial risks before they become expensive problems

* Learn from a Commercial Manager who's been there, not a PowerPoint

What you bring:

* 1–2 years' QS experience (M&E interest ideal; perfection not required)

* Basic Excel competence—pivot tables are impressive, but we'll settle for tidy sums

* A willingness to ask questions before making mistakes, not after
