An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking construction business based in West Malling.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven background in managing the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full pre-construction lifecycle
Coordinating bids, tenders, and proposals
Working closely with estimating, commercial, and operational teams
Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Reviewing project feasibility, risks, and value engineering opportunities
Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships
Ensuring programmes, costs, and technical submissions are aligned

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Pre-Construction Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of construction processes and procurement routes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence preferred
