V7 Recruitment are working with a growing main contractor who have some amazing residential refurbishment projects on in London. The projects consist of complex refurbishments and conversions into high-end apartments! They are seeeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their London team.

Regular Social EventsThe Role: As Project Manager, you will:
Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city-centre development
Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones
Ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard and in line with the program. 
Coordinate the design team as well as all on-site activityThe Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishments/conversions
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management
