The Opportunity

Join a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands and South
Work on a mix of public and private sector bids across construction and frameworks
Take ownership of end-to-end bid production – from PQQs to final submissions
Collaborate with pre-construction, commercial and operational teams
What You'll Be Doing

Write, edit and manage high-quality bid and tender submissions
Interpret client requirements and translate them into clear, persuasive responses
Lead bid programmes and coordinate inputs across teams
Improve and maintain a strong bid library and content bank
Ensure submissions are compliant, structured and tailored to each client
Support continuous improvement of bid processes and win strategy
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Bid Writer within construction or a main contractor environment
Strong understanding of public sector frameworks and tender processes
Excellent written English – clear, concise and engaging
Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
High attention to detail and commercial awareness
