An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship London-based project delivering a high-end luxury hotel of exceptional quality.

This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in prestigious hospitality developments, where attention to detail, quality finishes, and complex stakeholder coordination are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Full commercial management of luxury hotel fit-out and new-build works

Cost planning, procurement, and tender analysis

Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts

Working closely with contractors, consultants, and client teams

Ensuring robust cost control aligned with design excellence

About You

Demonstrable experience working on high-end luxury hotels or premium hospitality projects

Strong background in main contractor or client-side environments

Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

Confident, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-value project settings

London-based or able to commute reliably
