Role Overview

Working closely with Senior Project Managers and site teams, you will support the delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion. The role will involve coordination of site activities, managing subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

This position is ideal for a candidate looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the delivery of electrical projects across financial and commercial spaces

Support Project Managers with programme management and site coordination

*

Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors

*

Review and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications

*

Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance

*

Assist with procurement, technical queries, and reporting

*

Attend site and client meetings as required

*

Support commissioning and project handover activities

Requirements

Experience within commercial electrical projects

*

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

*

Previous experience leading teams or supervising labour on site

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Ambitious and keen to progress within an MEP contractor environment
