Role Overview

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of mechanical installation works across commercial and financial sector projects. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical installation works across commercial projects

Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors

*

Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications

*

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality compliance

*

Monitor progress and report updates to Project Management teams

*

Carry out inspections, snagging, and support commissioning activities

*

Attend site meetings and coordinate with other trades

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within commercial projects

*

Strong experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors

*

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

*

Good organisational and communication skills

*

Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations
