Senior Technical Co-ordinator – Cambridge

Our client is known for creating high quality residential schemes in and around Cambridge, and they are looking for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join them to work across 2 live projects + 1 in preconstruction at a time.

Important details for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator applying for this role:

* Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings

* Checking that designs meet building regulations and client requirements

* Managing RFIs (requests for information) and technical queries

* Identifying design clashes before work starts on site

* Supporting procurement and construction teams with technical details

* Monitoring design changes and revisions

* Helping ensure the project can actually be built within budget and programme

Experience Needed:

Previous experience from working in a similar role.

Excellent communicator with great attention to detail

*

Ability to work on their own as well as taking direction from others

*

Manages there time effectively

*

Works to tight deadlines and handles several tasks/projects at the same time.
