Salter Grange is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a European leader in construction solutions. Our client specializes in delivering complex, large-scale projects for global corporations. Based in Groningen, you will play a key role in the hands-on delivery of mission-critical electrical infrastructure, working within a team that values innovation and professional development.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day electrical installation activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest technical standards.

* Supervise direct labor and sub-contractors, tracking daily progress against the project schedule.

* Actively enforce site safety protocols and contribute to the "In Progress" snagging system to ensure a "zero-defect" delivery.

* Monitor manpower levels and report direct/sub-contractor hours to the management team for central tracking.

* Attend site meetings and engineering reviews to ensure seamless integration between packages.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

* Proven track record as a supervisor on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.

* Strong Electrical Trade background is essential.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse site team under strict deadlines.

* Deep understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety compliance.

* Proactive, organized, and focused on delivering results with certainty.
