Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven and independent Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team of about 6-7 Quantity Surveyor's, where you'll be working across a variety of different projects including, landscaping, commercial, mixed use, private residential and education.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out a variety of duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, risk assessments and contract negotiations.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Construction consultancy experience
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
Keen to become chartered
Good pre and post contract knowledge.
Good communication.
