Senior Quantity Surveyor

An industry leading Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor, with Hotel or Residential project experience, to their luxury London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report directly into a Partner, and shall be responsible for leading five star hotel and iconic residential projects across the City.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to provide a high quantity surveying service, pre and post contract, as well as becoming a key client contact.

There is also a clear route to becoming an Associate Quantity Surveyor which will involve mentoring and managing junior quantity surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS
Residential and/or Hotel project experience
Must have worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable engaging with clients
Previous / current Senior QS experience In Return?

£65,000 – £75,000
