Project Manager – Huddersfield

Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million commercial development in Huddersfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong track record in managing large-scale commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role

* Oversee the full lifecycle of a £15m commercial build

* Manage programme, budget, quality, and health & safety

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams

* Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

* Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects

* Background with main contractors preferred

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications desirable

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
