Site Manager

Due to ongoing growth across the Aberdeen region, Kenton Black are representing a well established housebuilder in recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery
– Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and resources to meet build programmes and quality standards
– Oversee and enforce all Health & Safety procedures in line with company policy and legislation
– Monitor build quality at every stage, identifying and resolving issues proactively
– Maintain clear communication with commercial, technical, and sales teams
– Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
– Ensure the site is presented to the highest standard at all times

What You Bring

– 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role within residential housebuilding
– Proven track record of managing successful housing developments
– Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
– A meticulous approach with a passion for quality and compliance
– Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions under pressure
– Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, or equivalent)
