Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Information Manager to join a leading construction and infrastructure team based in London. This role will oversee information management processes across multiple regional projects, ensuring the highest standards of document control, digital collaboration, and project information governance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving best practice across Common Data Environments (CDEs), supporting project delivery teams, and ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee information management processes across multiple live projects
* Administer and maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, with a strong focus on Asite
* Ensure all project documentation is managed in accordance with ISO 19650 standards
* Support project teams with document control workflows, approvals, transmittals, and reporting
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate information flow
* Deliver training and support to project teams on information management best practices
* Monitor compliance, audit project documentation, and identify areas for process improvement
* Develop and maintain project information management plans and protocols
* Produce regular reporting on information governance, document status, and project performance
Requirements
* Proven experience in an Information Manager or Document Control leadership role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
* Strong experience using Asite is essential
* Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment principles
* Experience managing information across multiple regional or large-scale projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other project collaboration tools
Desirable
* Experience with BIM processes and digital project delivery
* Previous experience working on major infrastructure or commercial construction projects
* Relevant qualifications in Information Management, BIM, or Document Control
