Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a SME construction consultancy based North of Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a close knit team environment, and enjoys exposure to a varied project portfolio across both traditional QS and Monitoring Surveying work.

Projects are predominantly residential and include:

New build housing developments
Residential refurbishment schemes
Build to rent developments
High end residential projectsThere is also exposure to industrial and healthcare schemes, including projects across the Midlands and North Wales.

The ideal candidate will:

Have circa 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience working in a consultancy environment
Be commercially aware and take a hands on approach
Have a strong work ethic and fit well within a collaborative team environment
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a carThe business actively supports APC progression and has a strong track record of promoting from within.
