Assistant Site Managers – £50,000 + Package

Site Managers – £70,000 + Package

Our client is a well-established Residential Development business delivering high-profile new build schemes across London and the Southeast. They have a number remediation and fire safety projects across London new build portfolio.  Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to support the delivery of major remedial schemes including:

Fire stopping works

Recladding works on buildings up to 25 storey’s

External wall remediation

Façade and envelope upgrades

The successful candidates will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing subcontractors and site activities

Managing health & safety compliance on site

Coordinating remedial and cladding packages

Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification

Liaising with clients, consultants, and residents where required

Supporting project reporting and progress updates

Requirements

Previous experience delivering remediation, fire stopping, or recladding projects

Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work across multiple London-based sites
