About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused Construction Site Manager to lead high-quality construction projects from start to finish. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest health & safety and quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to deliver landmark residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all site operations and take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental performance

* Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Deliver projects on programme and within budget

* Ensure strict compliance with CDM regulations, method statements, and risk assessments

* Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships

* Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions when required

* Manage site logistics, materials, plant, and temporary works

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

* Produce accurate site reports and attend progress meetings

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on medium to large construction projects (£5m+)

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate (essential)

* CSCS Black Card (highly desirable)

* Strong knowledge of current construction regulations, including CDM 2015

* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills

* Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively

* Valid driving licence
