About the Role

As a Drylining Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, budgets, and contracts across high-profile drylining packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients, Tier 1 contractors, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and commercial performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a subcontractor environment.

A relevant degree or HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Experience managing costs and budgets for drylining, partitions, or internal fit-out packages.

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the wider team.

The ability to work independently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget
