Job Title: Bid Writer (Permanent)
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Salary: £33,000 to £38,000 + Package

Bid Writer working as part of the Bid Team, the role will develop and produce creative and innovative proposal documents that meet clients' needs and aspirations.
Key Requirements:
At least 2 years proven experience bid writing in construction
Strong knowledge of the bid process
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong research skills and ability to gather information from reliable sources
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communicator, able to deal with a range of people, tasks and obligations
Well organised, self-starter, able to implement procedures and effectively manage all aspects of the worksResponsibilities:
Reporting to the Construction Director & Head of Estimating
Writing and compiling a range of proposal documents including tender, bids and pre-qualification questionnaires.
Updating portals and following agreed business / client principals and expectations
Working with the Commercial Manager and other senior team members to ensure the bids and PQQs are tailored to meet the client's needs
Ensuring all proposals are kept to client's submission deadlines
Manage multiple submissions at one time
Layout, edit and production of bid documents
Working with designers and photographers to ensure a continued high standard of bid / tender is maintained
