Assistant Facilities Manager (Mobile Coordinator) – North West

Temp to Perm | Full‑Time | 40 Hours | Company Car Included

We are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Direct Delivery team, supporting 8 sites across the North West. This is a mobile role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in facilities coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct H&S audits across multiple sites

Log and manage reactive jobs

Visit sites regularly to ensure they remain happy, compliant, and well‑supported

Handle on‑site queries and escalate issues where required

Build strong relationships with site managers and stakeholders

Provide weekly attendance at the Manchester office

Travel across the North West using a company vehicle

Requirements

IOSH qualification – essential

Background in facilities management or a similar environment

Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and site standards

Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills

Full UK driving licence (company car provided)

Ability to work independently across multiple locations
