Project Manager – Utilities / Leakage Operations
South East Contract Opportunity
 
A growing utilities contractor is looking for a Project Manager to lead operational Leakage and Data teams across the South East Water patch.
 
This is a brand-new role created to support a rapidly expanding region following a long-term contract extension, giving you the chance to make a real impact from day one.
 
You'll oversee Team Leaders and Contract Supervisors across a multi-site operation, managing performance, client relationships, H&S compliance and operational delivery across a team of around 45 staff.
 
What You'll Be Doing
·Leading operational leakage and support teams across the region
·Driving KPI performance and client reporting
·Managing team engagement, productivity and compliance
·Supporting investigations and maintaining a safety-first culture
·Working closely with the client and internal management teams
·Travelling across sites throughout Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas

Previous leakage experience is beneficial, but not essential.
