Key aspects of the role:

Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily external refurbishments, to produce seamless results for local authorities.

Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
Using your knowledge of roofing, rendering, and more external schemes to drive the contract to completion.

What you'll need:

Strong experience in Social Housing Refurbishment
CSCS Card
SMSTS
First Aid at work
UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
