Job Title: Senior Electrical Estimator
Location: London
Salary: £100K per annum + bonus

The Role:
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical installation projects, with a strong focus on CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs
• Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Carry out detailed electrical take-offs (lighting, small power, containment, distribution, and associated systems)
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality
• Prepare detailed tender submissions including pricing breakdowns, assumptions, exclusions, and technical clarifications
• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required
• Work closely with pre-construction, design, and operational teams to support tender and delivery handover
• Manage multiple live tenders within tight deadlines
• Maintain accurate tender and cost data for future reference and benchmarking

The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator within the Building Services / M&E sector
• Strong background in commercial office fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B)
• Excellent understanding of electrical systems and installation methods
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Confident working under pressure and managing multiple tenders simultaneously
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
