Working Supervisor

We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority.

We are currently looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to join a growing team covering Bedford, London, and surrounding areas.

This is a long-term opportunity overseeing fire protection works across MOD barracks, schools, hospitals, and other public sector buildings. The ideal candidate will come from a joinery background with experience in both fire doors and passive fire protection.

Duties Include:

– Supervising site teams and day-to-day operations

– Carrying out and overseeing fire door installations and remedial works

– Supporting passive fire protection and compartmentation projects

– Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

– Maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations and site procedures

– Liaising with site management, clients, and operatives

Requirements:

– Previous supervisory experience within fire protection works

– Ideally experienced in both fire doors and passive fire protection

– Strong joinery background

– Valid CSCS Card

– SMSTS or SSSTS certification

– Clean DBS check

– Good communication and organisational skills

Location:

Bedford, London & surrounding areas

Rate:

£220 – £250 per day

Package:
