A leading Environmental Compliance Consultancy is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team, covering a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across London and the Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified BOHS P402 Asbestos Surveyor looking for varied work, long-term stability and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys

* Collect bulk samples to be taken in for analysis

* Work across a variety of commercial and industrial properties

* Produce detailed and accurate asbestos survey reports

* Build and maintain strong client relationships on site

The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have:

* BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying (ESSENTIAL)

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience, with exposure to commercial sites

* Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across London, Home Counties and occasionally Kent

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
