We are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers to oversee social housing roofing programmes across Plymouth.

The successful candidates will have experience managing programmes of work within a social housing environment, ideally covering roofing, re-roofing, or similar planned maintenance projects.

🔧 Responsibilities:
✅ Managing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations
✅ Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
✅ Managing health & safety and site compliance
✅ Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements:
✅ Previous social housing experience
✅ Roofing / re-roofing or similar planned works background preferred
✅ SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
