Site Manager (Punjabi Speaking Required)

£35,000 – £42,500 Salary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established home improvement and residential construction business seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee renovation and installation projects across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing home improvement installations including extensions, conservatories, orangeries, windows, doors, porches, and related residential building projects.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring installations are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Punjabi language skills are essential for this role due to the customer demographic and communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Project Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers from project commencement through to completion

* Explain installation processes, timelines, and provide regular project updates

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the build

Survey & Installation Coordination

* Liaise with surveyors and customers to arrange site inspections and surveys

* Coordinate installation schedules with fitting teams and service engineers

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and organised efficiently

Materials & Product Coordination

* Communicate project specifications to procurement and warehouse teams

* Organise correct products, materials, colours, styles, and manufacturing requirements for each project

* Arrange ordering of building materials, skips, and additional site requirements

Site & Workforce Management

* Oversee day-to-day installation activities across multiple projects

* Supervise fitting teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship

* Maintain productive working relationships with installers, suppliers, office staff, and customers

* Monitor project quality standards and resolve issues where required

Candidate Requirements

Essential Experience

* Previous experience as a Site Manager within the home improvement or residential construction sector

* Strong knowledge of conservatories, extensions, windows, doors, porches, and renovation installations

* Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors

* Excellent understanding of building regulations and health & safety compliance

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Requirements

* Punjabi speaking is essential

* Professional and customer-focused approach

* Self-motivated, organised, and reliable

* Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required
