The Role: They are seeking a highly talented & motivated Cost Consultant to lead & manage on an array of exciting projects!
* You will be working alongside an Associate Director to successfully deliver cost management duties.
* You will build a rapport with clients, attending meetings and speaking on behalf of the company, acting as the main contact.
* The role with cover the entire project lifecycle, from preparing feasibility estimates to final account settlements.
* You will help grow the business through collaborative relationships with their existing and potential new clients.
* Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and prepare reports in line with clients’ own reporting procedures and governance.
* Manage contract change effectively, price and agree contract variations with contractors.
* Undertake valuations of construction work.
* Provide commercial knowledge and guidance to clients.

Requirements for the Project Surveyor:
* Good knowledge of the construction industry.
* Competent user of Microsoft Excel as well as the wider MS software of programmes.
* Collaborative approach to projects and the ability to delegate tasks to junior staff efficiently.
* Competent user of CAD Measure.
* Good communication skills.
* A flexible attitude and self-motivated.
