Keen to move beyond support and become the go-to person on site?A leading main contractor is looking for a Technical & Design Coordinator to take ownership of a flagship high-rise residential project in Westminster. This is a standout opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience who is ready to step up and drive a scheme forward independently.
The role
Take full ownership of the project from Stage 4 through Stage 5
Manage and coordinate all design and technical packages
Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Drive the pre-construction process, ensuring design is buildable and aligned with programme
Act as the main point of contact for design coordination on the project
Report into and be supported by an experienced Technical ManagerWhat they're looking for
Ideally 2-3 years' experience with a developer or main contractor
Exposure to high-rise residential projects
Strong understanding and proven experience of pre-construction and delivery stages
Confident managing packages and making decisions independently
Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownershipWhat's on offer
Salary of up to £60,000 + package
