Site Supervisor

Location: West Midlands

Project: Light Rail Infrastructure
Duration: 12–18 months
Start Date: Mid June to early July
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30

We are recruiting a Site Supervisor to directly control and coordinate site activities, ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of works, project documentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and allocate work
Brief and implement WPPs, RAMS, permits, and SSOW
Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks
Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
Monitor workmanship and stop work if unsafe
Report progress, risks, and close calls

Essential Requirements

CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS
PTS (Personal Track Safety) – Desirable
Supervisory experience in rail or civil engineering
Strong safety leadership and organisational skills
