An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a flagship £40m RAF base project in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most reputable contractors on a high-profile defence scheme, with a strong pipeline of secured local work offering long-term stability and career progression.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of a major RAF project from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Cost management and reporting

* Subcontractor procurement and management

* Variations and change control

* Valuations and payments

* Risk and opportunity management

* Supporting project delivery and commercial performance

Requirements

* Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

* Main contractor experience preferred

* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Experience on major projects would be advantageous
