Registered Building Inspector

Our client, a leading RBCA in building control and regulatory services within the buildings sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector for a contract position. This role is critical in ensuring that construction projects adhere to statutory regulations and high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations
Assessing plans, drawings, and specifications of building work
Issuing site visit reports and completion certificates
Identifying non-compliance issues and advising on corrective measures
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure adherence to standards
Providing expert advice on building control matters
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of inspections and outcomes
